Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship WORLDWIDE! However, unfortunately there are some countries which our carrier does not serve due to address complications. Please see list* of exceptions below.

What shipping times can I expect?

Please note that we do NOT ship orders the same day. It will take us 1-2 business days to process your order. After that, your order will ship from our warehouse and arrive according to the times indicated on the shipping method you select at checkout. Depending on where you live and the type of shipping you select, you can receive your order anywhere between 3 to 20 days.

We ship on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Within 48 hours of the shipping of your order from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail.

What happens if the shipping address is inaccurate or incomplete?
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. Please thoroughly review your shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

How will my package be delivered?
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know that you can safely receive it.

How do International Taxes & Duties work?
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by My Inspired Home, and thus cannot be refunded.

All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, however, since our packages are small and light, you will most likely not incur a charge.

*Exceptions to worldwide shipping

My Inspired Home is NOT able to ship to the following countries due to shipping and address complications. Residents of the following countries will be unable to place orders on the website:

Refunds & Returns

What is your Refund & Return policy?

We are happy to accept damaged, broken or chipped mugs for a return within 30 days of the date that you receive your order. However, you must send us a picture clearly showing the damage within 3 days of receiving your order.

You can report problems with an order using the following steps:

  1. Compose an email to info@theinspiredaccountant.com
  2. Add your Order ID (as seen in your order confirmation email or the packing slip) in the subject line along with “Refund/Return Request”
    Eg. “Refund/Return Request – Order ID PF15976170”
  3. Within the email, write up the problem in detail and attach relevant photos of the mug clearly showing the damage.
  4. Send email within 3 days of receiving your order.
  5. Wait for our response to obtain information about the next steps.

We will not respond to emails with no photos attached so please make sure you do so to avoid delays.

What is the return period?

We will provide a refund on unused mugs within 3 days of the date that you receive your order.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes, in a case where the item has to be shipped back, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because My Inspired Home will not be responsible for lost returns.

Note: Please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.
